Once you get to your “cart” you can see what products you have added to your cart. You can also see the total at the bottom right of the page.
Your personal information and shipping information need to be inserted on the left side and a review of your order will show up on the right. Make sure to fill out all of the required fields (red *).
*Make sure to include the phone number of the recipient. It is very important to have the recipient’s phone number because Korea is a very fast paced and busy society, so flower delivery orders can easily go unreceived without having access to the recipient.
*Some people may not know their zip code, in that case, as long as you have the general address, go to www.juso.go.kr/openEngPage.do and type in the address in the search field. On the far right of the search result, you will see the 5 digit zip code for the address. If you are sending your purchase to somewhere in Seoul, you can just use a general postal code like “04623”.
We currently accept paypal payments and debit/bank card and all major credit cards through the paypal payment system.
This email will have all of the information you filled out on the “checkout” page. It is a good idea to review your information so that there aren’t any typos. Whatever you have typed in the “Personal Message” section will show up exactly as you have written because it is impossible for us to know whether or not you misspelled words on purpose. If you notice something is wrong, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before the flower delivery time and we will make the appropriate changes for you.

This email will confirm that the delivery has been made. It’ll state the date and the approximate time the delivery was made. This email will be sent to you within 24 hours your delivery is made. Unfortunately, we can not provide real time delivery updates. If you don’t receive a “Delivery Confirmation” email within 24 hours, it may be that your time zone is a lot later than Korea’s or that your delivery was made during the weekend or a holiday.
